We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service, with every order handled with care.

2. Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A contract between you and Found & Gifted is formed once we accept your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• a product is unavailable;
• incorrect pricing has been displayed due to an error;
• payment cannot be authorised; or
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.

However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings.
• Handmade products may have natural variations in colour, texture or finish.
• Measurements are approximate.
• Product availability may change without notice.

These variations do not constitute faults.

4. Personalised Products

Please check all names, dates, spelling and other personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Once production has started, personalised orders cannot usually be amended or cancelled.

As personalised products are made specifically for you, they are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Personalised items may only be returned if they are:

• faulty;
• damaged on arrival; or
• produced incorrectly due to our error.

5. Order Fulfilment and Delivery

To offer a carefully curated range of products, some items may be prepared and dispatched from our trusted fulfilment partners.

As a result:

• Items ordered together may arrive in separate parcels.
• Delivery times may vary between products.
• We remain responsible for your order and are your point of contact for any questions regarding delivery, returns or customer support.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, severe weather, industrial action or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

7. Cancellations

Non-personalised orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must be treated as a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Personalised or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Returns and Refunds

Non-Personalised Products

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order under UK consumer legislation.

Returned items must:

• be unused;
• be in their original condition;
• include all original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed after returned goods have been inspected.

Personalised Products

Personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error.

9. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

• your order number;
• photographs of the item; and
• photographs of the packaging.

This helps us resolve your claim quickly.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• photographs;
• logos;
• graphics;
• artwork;
• written content; and
• branding,

is the property of Found & Gifted or is used under licence.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found & Gifted shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant order.
